Your Brand is an independent vehicle advertising and introduction service. Sellers pay to advertise; buyers never pay us. We introduce interested buyers to sellers. We are not the seller or the buyer, we do not own, inspect, hold, finance, insure or deliver vehicles, and we do not handle the buyer’s payment for a vehicle. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller.
3. Information on this website
Vehicle details are supplied by sellers and are provided for general information. We take reasonable care but do not guarantee that any advert or sold-vehicle page is complete or error-free. Buyers should check the vehicle, its documents, history and any outstanding finance themselves and should be careful about paying money before they have seen the vehicle and its paperwork.
“Sold vehicles” pages only show vehicles that were sold to a buyer introduced through us. They are examples of our service, not a promise that your vehicle will sell, or sell at a particular price or speed.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website is owned by or licensed to Your Brand. Vehicle photographs and text are provided by sellers. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms it, or send false or misleading enquiries.
